Okay, I'm going to drop the third person now. Let's get to brass tacks.
Why the heck should you listen to me when you likely have a financial advisor, a friend or family member who "knows stocks", and clearly you are a financially successful person yourself?
- Cold hard numbers: rather than being a fixer-flipper who worked his way up in real estate, I come from the world of institutional finance. Advised on $3.7B in capital financing and Mergers & Acquisitions transactions. Secured $50M+ in equity from private and institutional capital.
- I don't offer any courses... because unlike so many of the real estate "coaches" online, I am actually occupied running deals and managing multi-million dollar assets. So this Ask page is really the only teaching forum I take part in, and it's all based on real deals making real money for real investors. Unfortunately, my advice does not come with a mantra, morning affirmation, or fire walk (yet).

- My fancy designation actually means something. They don't hand out the Chartered Financial Analyst certification in crackerjack boxes.
- Hundreds of doctors, engineers, tech founders, and finance professionals (who are my recurring investors) can't be wrong, can they? And by that I mean they continue to invest and refer friends, so whatever I am doing for them must be working.
- No obligations -- it's just a call. I am not charging anything nor selling anything. You can discount my advice if you like (as Hawthorne said: "families are always rising and falling in America"). Even if you wanted to invest right now, good deals don't just drop from the sky. We are actively engaged in finding undervalued assets and working local "unfair advantages", so there is a ramp up period to all this. Think of it like a Getting To Know You type call. Let's see if we like each other first before we start to dance.
